Our facility enables us to handle projects of all sizes easily and deliver exceptional results, from small custom coatings to large-scale production runs.
At PPC, we have a burn-off oven that can handle large volumes at once. Our investment in state-of-the-art machinery and equipment sets us apart from the competition. Our heavy-duty automatic powder coating conveyor line can handle materials up to 800 linear ft. and carry over 500 lbs. per linear foot.
Our five-stage automatic spray wash system, equipped with over 1,500 spray nozzles, ensures a thorough and precise coating application. Additionally, our separate chemical pretreatment stage allows us to utilize zinc-phosphate and/or iron-phosphate wash to optimize adhesion and corrosion resistance.
For projects requiring batch processing, our powder coating batch systems can accommodate up to 5,000 lbs. and we have the capability of handling up to 25,000 lbs. effortlessly.
