Established in 1997, PPC has been a leading provider of powder coating and sandblasting services. With decades of industry experience, we understand our customers' unique needs and continuously strive to exceed their expectations. State-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology
PPC operates out of a sprawling 75,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with the latest technology and advanced machinery, enabling us to handle projects of all sizes — from small custom coatings to large-scale production runs.
Our heavy-duty conveyor system offers 2,000 linear feet of conveyor capacity with a rated capacity of 2,000 lbs. per linear foot. Batch processing supports loads up to 30,000 lbs.+, while heavy-project handling capability extends to 50,000 lbs.+, subject to component geometry, safe handling, process requirements and project review.
Our five-stage automatic spray wash system, equipped with over 1,500 spray nozzles, ensures thorough, precise coating application. A separate chemical pretreatment stage lets us apply zinc-phosphate and/or iron-phosphate washes to optimize adhesion and corrosion resistance.
