Scale you can see

Big capability.
Personal accountability.

A 75,000 sq. ft. facility is only part of the story. Your parts still need the right preparation, handling, finish and inspection plan.

We bring those decisions together—from repeat OEM components to large fabricated assemblies—so your team has a clear path from specification to delivery.

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can you support repeat manufacturing programs?

Yes. PPC combines five production lines with automated and batch capabilities. Share quantities, colour schedules and delivery cadence so the team can assess a production route for your program.

Can you finish large or heavy fabricated parts?

PPC has batch capability for large and heavy components. Send dimensions, weight, drawings and handling requirements; the team confirms feasibility for your actual part before committing.

What if our coating specification is not complete?

Start with the Project Advisor or speak with the technical team. Substrate, exposure, appearance, tolerances and testing needs help establish the right questions. Final coating suitability is confirmed by PPC's technical review.

Do you work with manufacturers outside Ontario?

PPC operates from Toronto and coordinates packaging and freight for qualified projects across Canada and the United States. Discuss inbound and outbound logistics, quantities and timing during project review.

What should we send for an accurate quote?

Drawings or photos, substrate, dimensions and weight, quantities, coating specification or service environment, masking requirements, inspection needs and target timing. If a detail is missing, send what you have and the team can help identify the gaps.
