Large-component feasibility depends on more than overall length and width. Weight distribution, lifting points, cavities, drainage, thermal mass and the ability to move the part safely through preparation, coating and cure all matter.

- Centre of gravity and approved lifting points

- Material thickness and thermal mass
- Masking/no-coat zones
- Packaging, loading and delivery constraints
Production planning
A technical review determines whether the part is best suited to automated or batch processing and how it will be staged, prepared, racked, heated, coated, inspected and packed.
